The Basic Reality Creation Technique
1. Define or Choose a specific or general desire you want to manifest. Formulate this in the "I am..." form (rather than "I want", "I will" or "I have").
2. Voice this statement as an irrevocable, irrefutable Decision there is absolutely no alternative to.
3. Practice your Focus. In the beginning and the days to come, remain aware of or identify how your attention still wanders to unwanted sides and aspects of this desire, and practice shifting each of these "attention-units" to what is wanted instead. Practice your Focus in thinking, feeling, writing or any other means mentioned above.
4. Daydream or fantasize your Vision as if it were just as real, important and solid as your current surroundings.
5. Fill this Vision with an emotion of gentle Euphoria, Joy, Love and Relief. Activate and Magnetize your Thought with one of these Emotions.
6. Roleplay it. Do the things you would be doing if it were already real or you were sure that it is in the process of becoming real. Go the places you would be going, behave the way you would be behaving (do this without detriment to your integrity or social stability).
7. Release any expectation on what form or timing the manifestation "ought to" take and react to adverse events by re-focussing on what is wanted.
